• Perfect with sushi, salads and warm summer days

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested at 21.2˚B, early in the morning and crushed straight away.
• Allowed to sit on the skins for no longer than 2 hours before being pressed in a basket press.
• Fermented at 15˚C for 14 days
