Tasting notes:

  • Firm but smooth tannin structure
  • Rather medium bodies with a seamless wood integration
  • Flavours such as Violet, Cedar and cassis on the nose

Winemaking Notes:

  • Harvested early in the morning and clod soaked for 7 days at 11 °C
  • Fermented for over 8 days with 5 punch downs a day
  • After 9 days of post-ferment maceration, the wine was filtered and stabilized before bottling

12 months in French oak
1/3rd new
1/3rd second fill
1/3rd third fill
