Tasting notes:

• Lightly wooded Chardonnay
• Fresh floral notes, with hints of pear blossoms, orange peel and vanilla cream
• Creamy texture, but still light and refreshing
• The perfect wine with Squid Ink Pasta With Shrimp and Scallops

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and refrigerated for 24 hours
• Fermentation over 12 days in a Stainless Steel Tank
• Fermented at cool temperature

Oaking regime:
12 months in 3rd and 4th oak barrels
