Tasting notes:

• A pale yellow Natural Sweet white wine bottled in a 375ml bottle.
• A well rounded dessert wine with good balance between sweetness and acidity.
• Rich in apricots and peaches on the nose and palate with hints of citrus blossom.

Winemaking notes:

• The grapes were allowed to ripen on the vine until they were very schrivelled, but before rot set it in.
• The grapes were sorted before they crushed, settled and fermented in a stainless steel.
• Fermentation was halted by a sudden burst of cooling and proteina and cold stabilisation ensued immediately.
