The Spirit of Lynx 2018

Limited production of only 833 bottles.

At the time of sampling after 12 months in barrel we chose the best performing barrels of the 2018 vintage, and aged the wine for a further 12 months


  • 65% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 33% Cabernet franc
  • 1% Merlot
  • 1% Petit Verdot

Tasting notes:

  • Concentrated rich fragrant fruit, with hints of Tabacco and licorice on the nose
  • Cassis and dark forrest fruit on the pallette
  • Burst of minerality that leads into savory and mouth-drying tannon
  • Harmoniuos balance between fruit and oak
  • Enjoy with Roast duck or tournedos rossini

Winemaking notes:

  • Harvested early in the morning and cold soaked for 7 days at 11˚C
  • Fermentation over 8 days with 5 punch downs a day
  • 9 days post-ferment maceration

Oaking regime:
24 months in 66% New and
34% in Second fill French Oak.
