Tasting notes:

  • Rich and aromatic. Ripe pineapple, pear, infused with floral notes and citrus
  • mouthfeel viscous. More Pronounced oak flavours due to extended barrel maturation.
  • The perfect wine with Asian Curries and Lamb Apricot Tagine

Winemaking notes:

  • Harvested early in the morning and refrigerated for 24 hours
  • Fermentation over 12 days with a red wine yeast at temperatures of ±14˚C

Oaking regime:

  • 100% new French Oak.
  • After 6 months aging only the best two barrels are selected to age for a further 12 months in the new French Oak.
