Tasting notes:

  • Red fruit flavors of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy notes of clove and licorice, while oak adds vanilla and toast.
  • Soft tannins with subte blackberry flavours that linger on the finish
  • Pairs well with Beef Goulash

Winemaking notes:

  • Harvested early in the morning and cold soaked for 7 days at 11˚C
  • Fermentation over 8 days with 5 punch downs a day
  • 9 days post-ferment maceration
