Together with chef Emile Fortuin and his team, our Levante kitchen offers a tantalizing journey through the east of Mediterranean, where traditional recipes meet modern innovation. Opening times for Lunch are Wednesday until Sunday from 12 noon to 15:30 o’clock and 
for Dinner Thursday to Saturday from 18 to 19:30 o’clock.

The LYNX kitchen team, led by our chef Emile Fortuin, has put together a special Levante menu for you. Discover smaller and bigger dishes characterized by diverse flavors and sunny lightness. Culinary creations from the Eastern Mediterranean, uncomplicated and ambitious, inspiring and surprising. Prepared with a lot of dedication and sophistication, partly using freshly harvested ingredients from our own herb and vegetable garden.

With a focus upon tasty vegetables, pulses and oriental spices such as Ras el hanout, cumin and cardamom, Levantine cuisine is a perfect fit for our times.
